It is notified for the information of all concerned that schedule for submission of admission forms of Pharm-D for 2^nd Annual Examination 2018 is as under:-

Last Date to submit admission forms       12-07-2019

Exam Fee for 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd, 4^th & 5^th Prof     Rs. 6000/-

1. The admission forms can be downloaded from University website. The fee must be deposited in any branch of HBL in Account No 00427991796403 on computer generated bank challan available at University website. Demand draft banker’s cheque and hand written bank challan etc. will not be acceptable.
2. If any candidate / Principal deposits less than the prescribed fee. He / she have to deposit 03 times of the less / remaining fee otherwise Roll no. slip shall not be issued to him / her.
3. The date of commencement of examination will be notified later on
