University of Sergoda: Schedule for submission of admission forms for Associate Degree in Arts & Science (private fresh & regular supplementary candidates) and Associate Degree in Commerce (regular / supplementary candidates) Part-I and Part-II, Annual Examination 2023 is as under:
- Last date to submit admission form with single fee: 19-05-2023 (Friday)
- Last date to submit admission form with double fee: 26-05-2023 (Friday)

Instructions for Fresh Private Students of ADA/ADS:
- The private fresh candidates of ADA/ADS Part-I and combined (Part-I &II) will register themselves individually through online admission portal Click Here and submit online admission form and hardcopy along with original deposited fee challan and required documents to the University.
- The private candidates who have already appeared in Part-I Is’ annual examination, 2021, 2022 & supplementary examination 2022 and declared pass or fail intends to appear in Part-II examination or in fail subjects of part-I & II will also apply online by using the link Click Here and submit online admission form. He/She has to submit hardcopy of admission form along with original deposited fee challan and required documents to the University.
- Private students will deposit their fee on individual basis.
Instructions for Regular Candidates of ADA/ADS/ADC of Affiliated Colleges
- The regular fresh candidates of ADA/ADS/ADC Part-I will register through online admission portal of affiliated college’s login and submit online admission form and hardcopy along with original deposited fee challan and required documents to the University.
- The candidates of affiliated colleges who have already appeared in Part-I 1st annual examination, 2021, 2022 & supplementary examination 2022 and declared pass or fail intends to appear in Part-II or in fail subjects of part-I & II will apply online by using Online portal and submit online admission form. The Principal of affiliated colleges shall submit hardcopy of admission form of their respective college along with original deposited fee challan and required documents to the University.
General Instructions
- Fee challan will be available if candidate completes his/her profile over online admission portal. The fee must be deposited in any branch of Habib Bank Limited in account No. 00427991796403 through computer generated bank challan. Demand Draft, Banker’s Cheque and hand written bank challan etc. will not be accepted in any case.
- It is compulsory to upload deposited fee challan form at online portal to download the admission form for printing purpose etc.
- After successful submission of online admission form, it is mandatory to print hard copy of admission form, sign it and submit the hard copy of admission form along with original fee challan of all students collectively and copies of required documents to the Assistant Controller of Examinations, ADP Branch, Office of the Controller of Examinations, University of Sergoda within due date by post/by hand. Incomplete forms without deposited fee challan, will not be entertained.
- If any candidate / principal deposits less than the prescribed fee, he/she shall have to deposit late fee otherwise Roll No Slip shall not be issued to him/her.
- Hard copy of Roll Number slips will not be dispatched to any candidate. All are advised to keep visiting University website for Date Sheet and to download their Roll Number Slips from online portal of the University.
- No manual admission form is acceptable in any circumstances.
- ADA/ADS/ADC examinations will start in the month of June, 2023.
