Admission of MA/MSc 2nd Annual / Supplementary Examination 2022 University of Sergoda

Sergoda University has announced the schedule for submission of online admission forms to appear in MA / MSc, Part-I  /  Composite (Fresh / Compartment / Failed as a Whole / Division Improve / Marks Improve), Part-II (Compartment / Failed as a Whole / Division Improve / Marks Improve) & M.Com, Part-I / Part-II (Late College / Division Improve), 2^nd Annual Examination 2022 in following subjects:-

7. MA Health & Physical Education
8. MA International Relation
9. MA Economics
10. MA Education
11. MA Punjabi
12. MA Arabic
13. MSc Zoology
14. MSc Sociology
15. MSc Psychology
16. MSc Physics
17. MSc Mathematics
18. MSc Mass Communication
19. MSc Chemistry
20. MSc Botany

The private candidates can appear in MA English, Urdu, Islamic Studies, Pakistan Studies, History, Political Science, International Relations, Economics, Arabic, Punjabi and MSc Mathematics (only with double Math in BA / BSc or ADA / ADS).

• Last date to submit admission form with single fee:   07-04-2023
• Last date to submit admission form with double fee:  14-04-2023

Fee Structure:

A private candidate who is not already registered with University of Sergoda will have to deposit registration fee Rs.3500/- along with admission fee. A student who has passed BA / BSc, ADP or equivalent examination before 1^st July 2022 can appear in Part-I / Composite as fresh candidate.  

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR PRIVATE CANDIATES TO SUBMIT ONLINE ADMISSION FORMS

1. The online admission portal for submission of admission form is available at this link (Click here for Online Admission Form)
2. A private candidate will register her / himself on the portal and then she / he will complete her / his online admission form. She / He will print draft copy of her / his admission form to make sure that she / he has entered correct information i.e. CNIC No., Name(spellings), Father’s name (spellings), Cell No., Email address, WhatsApp No., Home / correspondence address etc. After ensuring that a candidate has correctly entered her / his particulars and other required information in the online admission form, she / he will print fee challan to deposit fee in any branch of Habib Bank Limited (HBL) in Account No. 00427991796403 on computer generated bank challan or through HBL Mobile Banking App. No Demand Draft, Banker’s Cheque, hand written bank challan and any other mode of payment will be accepted. No manual bank challan is acceptable in any circumstances. Private candidates will deposit their fee on individual basis.
3. After depositing the fee, it is mandatory for a private candidate to upload deposited fee challan or proof of HBL Mobile transaction at online portal to download admission form.
4. After successful submission of online admission form and deposit of prescribed fee, it is mandatory to print and submit signed hard copy of attested admission form along with required documents to the Office of the Assistant Controller Examinations, MA / MSc Branch, University of Sergoda within due dates by post or by hand.
5. Roll No. Slips will only be uploaded on the University website. It is the duty of a private candidate to download her / his Roll No. Slip. If a candidate failed to download her / his Roll No. Slip and misses the exam, this office will not take any responsibility. Therefore, they are advised to keep visiting University website for Date Sheet and Roll Number Slips. Exams are expected to be held at the end of April 2023.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGULAR / LATE COLLEGE CANDIATES TO SUBMIT ONLINE ADMISSION FORMS

1. Regular / late college candidates will submit their online admission forms through concerned affiliated colleges. The college will ensure that particulars i.e. CNIC No., Name, Father’s name, Cell No., Email address, WhatsApp No., Home / correspondence address etc. of regular /  late college candidates have been entered correctly.  Colleges shall ensure that the particulars of regular / late college candidates and other required information in the online admission form have been correctly entered.
2. The principals of affiliated colleges will deposit the examination fee of their regular / late college candidates on single computer generated bank challan in Habib Bank Limited (HBL) in Account No. 00427991796403.
3. After successful submission of online admission form and deposit of prescribed fee, it is mandatory to print and submit signed hard copy of the attested admission from along with required documents to the office of the Assistant Controller Examinations, MA / MSc Branch, University of Sergoda within due dates by post or by hand.
4. Regular candidates are advised to remain in contact with principals of concerned colleges for Roll Number Slips.
